Payment and Refund Policy

  • Final Sales: All transactions are final, and no refunds or credits are issued.

Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancellation Process: Subscriptions can be cancelled via the account dashboard or by contacting hello@admatic.io
  • Responsibility: It’s the account owner’s responsibility to cancel; inactivity doesn’t imply automatic cancellation.
  • Effect of Cancellation: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. All accrued charges until cancellation are due.
  • Grace Period: In case of payment issues, a 7-day grace period is provided for resolution.
    • At the end of your grace period your account and it’s data will be deleted.

Billing and Payment Policy

  • Billing Schedule: Billing dates are set based on the initial payment date and cannot be adjusted.
  • Global Operations: Due to global operations, billing dates are fixed.

Declined Payment

  • Service Interruption: Declined payments may disrupt services.
  • Resolution: Contact Admatic immediately to resolve any payment issues.
  • Grace Period: A 7-day grace period is provided to resolve payment issues.
  • Subscription Cancellation: If the payment issue isn’t resolved within the grace period, the subscription will be considered cancelled and your account along with it’s data deleted.
