  • 1. Are Connections Unlimited?

    All plans include unlimited connections so you never have to worry about paying more or not having enough connects to onboard a new client.

  • 2. Is There White Label Options?

    Yes, on our business plan you can easily setup your agency information for your unique connect page. We aren't able to provide custom domains because of the authentication for the app to work properly, but may be possible later down the road.

     

  • 3. Can Clients Create Assets With This?

    Yes, this is in the works. Right now on the Business Plan your client will be able to create a Business Manager for Meta. Soon they will be able to create ad accounts, catalogs, and instructions on setting up Pages and Pixels. We will be launching account creation for Google Assets and TikTok as well.

     

  • 4. On The Lite Plan Am I Stuck With 1 Integration?

    On our lite plan you can easily adjust your integration option at anytime in your integration page. You can only use 1 integration on your connect page, but may swap it at anytime. 

  • 5. Can I cancel my plan at anytime?

    Yes, you can manage your billing inside our platform - cancel at anytime.

  • 6. Is Admatic Secure?

    Yes we are approved with Meta, Google, And TikTok to access their APIs and all data is stored securely in our database. There is never any shared logins used in the process of connecting accounts.

     

  • 7. Do I Lose Access To My Client's Account If I Cancel?

    Never. Admatic exists to help you do the "handshake" of connecting your manager accounts with your client accounts. Once you are connected you will always have access unless removed from your platform account (Google, meta, tiktok etc)
