  • 1. What are onboarding credits?

    Each plan provides a level of onboarding credits a month. Each time you onboard a new client it will consume a credit. They can initiate as many connections now or in the future and you won't be charged additional credits for them. 

  • 2. Is There White Label Options?

    Yes, on our business plan you can easily setup your agency information for your unique connect page. We aren't able to provide custom domains because of the authentication for the app to work properly, but may be possible later down the road.

     

  • 3. Can Clients Create Assets With This?

    Yes, this is now live! If your client does not have a business manager on Meta we will prompt them to create a business manager, page, and ad account within seconds. 

     

  • 4. Are there overages for going over my monthly credits?

    Yes to keep our system stable with server costs if you go above your monthly credits we will charge $20 and provide an additional bucket of credits for the month. For the lite plan you will get an additional 3 credits, the agency plan will get an additional 5 credits, and the business plan will get an additional 10 credits. Your connect pages will never be blocked if you go over. We will just charge a small fee to allot more credits for that month. 

  • 5. Can I cancel my plan at anytime?

    Yes, you can manage your billing inside our platform - cancel at anytime.

  • 6. Is Admatic Secure?

    Yes we are approved with Meta, Google, And TikTok to access their APIs and all data is stored securely in our database. There is never any shared logins used in the process of connecting accounts.

     

  • 7. Do I Lose Access To My Client's Account If I Cancel?

    Never. Admatic exists to help you do the "handshake" of connecting your manager accounts with your client accounts. Once you are connected you will always have access unless removed from your platform account (Google, meta, tiktok etc)
